Stride Fitness is a community focused group workout backed by enthusiastic coaches that assist and motivate you to push for excellence. The Hiit52 12-week program has a measurement day set aside weekly called “STATurday,” which allows you to track your progress, and helps keep you in line with your fitness goals at your own pace.  High-intensity interval training (HiiT) is a proven methodology to lose fat and gain muscle. Our three primary workouts, The Stride, The Core, and The Combo, achieve maximum results. No workout is the same and with over 100 workouts, your body will stay in a state of muscle confusion, triggering amazing results. We complement our Hiit52 program with strength, core, and mobility exercises to help you build a strong fitness foundation.
