Memberships typically are plagued with the requirement to just show up.  After testing many gyms, we found that there was no formula to succeed. That is "WHY" we changed the game!

HiiT52 is effectively a program that is designed to facilitate weight loss and body toning regardless of your athletic ability.  There are 3 programs to choose from:

•the Alpha - Beginner

•the Beta - Intermediate

•the Omega - Advanced

Each of the three programs is designed for you to achieve your best. The “Walk” Alpha builds the strong foundation to move to “Jog” Alpha, and ultimately to “Run” Alpha.  As Alpha is the core workout program, this is the best choice for beginners.

 

The Alpha program asks that you:

•Come to at least 3 classes in a week (alternating days)

•Walk/Jog a 5k at the end of the 12 weeks

The Beta program is for intermediate members. Since you were conditioned from your Alpha program, we turn up the heat.  

The Beta program asks that you:

•Come to at least 4 classes in a week (alternating days)

•Complete at least 16 classes of each The Stride, The Core, The Combo over the 12-week program.

•Jog/Run a 5K at the end of 12 weeks in less than 40 minutes.

The Omega transcends traditional workout plans with additional requirements that test your fitness! 

The Omega program asks that you:

•Complete at least 5 classes in a week

•Complete at least 20 classes of each: The Stride, The Core, The Combo

•Complete at least 1 class at Rumble, Club Pilates, CycleBar, Yoga6...

•Run a 5K at the end of the 12 weeks in less than 30 minutes

 

Each program is designed to challenge you at the level you are.
