— My Story

My journey was tough, lonely, challenging, and with Diabetes staring me in the eyes, I decided to fight back and lost 60 lbs.  I also had the vision to bring the together community for a greater purpose. Gaining your fitness back is a serious journey. I wish to create an environment where you do not have to do this alone.

The Hiit52 is a 6-12-week program designed to provide maximum results.  High-intensity interval training (HiiT) is a proven methodology to lose fat and gain muscle. Our three primary workouts, The Stride, The Core, and The Combo, achieve maximum results. No workout is the same and with over 100 workouts, your body will stay in a state of muscle confusion, triggering amazing results. We complement our Hiit52 program with strength, core, and mobility exercises to help you build a strong fitness foundation.

Aerobic exercise produces endorphins, or “feel good” chemicals. It also increases your heart rate, which triggers norepinephrine, a chemical that may help the brain deal with stress more effectively.

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.
